介绍了一种和国外先进的高精度温度测量仪性能相当、价格较低、体积较小的测温仪器的开发。首先讨论了硬件的配置和参数设置,误差的来源及相应对策,最后讨论具体的软件实现过程,评估系统的测量精度。
The paper introduces the design of a kind of high precision temperature measuring instruments,which can reach the same or higher precision of foreign advanced instruments,but much compacter and cheaper.It discusses hardware configuration and parameters setting,origin of errors and appropriate measure.It discusses the realization process by software finally and evaluates the measure precision of this system.
