简单介绍了CampactRIO硬件组成,然后设计了一种基于NI-cRIO嵌入式可重新配置自动化控制器实现的导弹电液伺服机构实时测控平台,介绍了系统组成、硬件的配置及模块功能。详细说明了上、下位机软件实现的主要功能,并给出了PID控制FPGA VI程序和上位机主界面图。该系统不只是实现了导弹伺服机构的快速控制,还提供了测试平台以进一步研究系统的非线性特性。
The CampactRIO hardware is introduced briefly. Then, a real-time measurement and control platform of missile electro-hydraulic servo mechanism is designed using NI eompact reeonfigurable I/O programmable automation controller. The system composition, hardware configuration and the function modules are introduced. The main function of software, FPGA VI program of PID control and PC interface are also introduced. The platform ean be used not only for the missile servo mechanism control, but for the non-linear characteristics analysis of system.
