烙铁温度计校准方法的优化方案探讨 被引量:1

摘要 首先,分析了依据JJF 1629—2017《烙铁温度计校准规范》对烙铁温度计的温度示值误差整体校准的优缺点;其次,提出了将烙铁温度计的显示仪部分和感温元件分开校准的优化方案;然后,以HAKKO-191烙铁温度计为例,分析了分部件校准带来的测量风险,并提出了控制测量风险的具体办法;最后,试验数据证明在校准烙铁温度计时可以只校准显示仪部分,感温元件使用次数过多或无法彻底地清除表面污物时,更换感温元件后无需重新送校。 Firstly,the advantages and disadvantages of the overall calibration of the temperature indication error of the soldering iron thermometer according to JJF 1629—2017“Calibration Specification for Iron Thermometers”are analyzed.Secondly,an optimized scheme for calibrating the display part and temperature sensing element of the soldering iron thermometer separately is proposed.Then,taking HAKKO-191 soldering iron thermometer as an example,the measurement risk brought by the calibration of sub-components is analyzed,and the specific measures to control the measurement risk are proposed.Finally,the test data proves that when calibrating the soldering iron thermometer,only the display part need to be calibrated,and when the temperature sensing element is used too many times or its surface dirt cannot be completely removed,it is not necessary to recalibrate the soldering iron thermometer after replacing the temperature sensing element.
