摘要
介绍了大型转炉复吹与炉龄同步技术在武钢第三炼钢厂的实践和应用。通过液位控制、少渣溅渣工艺等手段,结合激光测厚仪的使用控制炉底厚度,使炉龄达10000炉时吹炼终点碳氧积控制在0.0029,保证了良好的复吹效果。
This paper introduces the study & practice of technology of combined blown and campaign life synchronization in the No.3 steelmaking plant in Wu steel by controlling of the liquid level and litter-slag-splash and CMS to control the thickness of bottom.The blowing end-point carbon-oxygen equilibrium has achieved 0.0029,when campaign life reached 10000,to ensure better combined blown effects.
