摘要
介绍了唐钢第一钢轧厂通过优化顶底复合冶炼工艺,应用“炉渣—金属蘑菇头”技术并加强底吹相关设备的维护,保证了透气砖的稳定长寿和良好的供气效果的经验,通过优化三座转炉均实现了转炉复吹与炉龄同步,最高复吹炉龄达到了17178炉。
This paper describes the technology state of combined top and bottom blown process in NO. 1 Steel - Making and Rolling Plant of Tang Steel. By optimizing smelting - technology, applying technology of slag - metal mushroom and enhancing maintenance of bottom blown equipment, stabilization and long life of air brick and better air supplying effect has been pledged, all the three converters achieve in - phase of the campaign length and combined blow. The top of combined blow campaign length is 17178.
