摘要
莱钢120t氧气顶底复吹转炉存在钢水过氧化、终点[C]命中率低等问题,钢水过氧化导致炉渣黏度降低,不利于溅渣护炉,钢坯夹杂物增多,影响铸坯质量,增加钢铁料消耗和冶炼成本。导致钢水过氧化的原因主要是原材料条件差,操作不当,生产组织不协调以及铁水资源不足、废钢用量大等工艺制度的局限。
There were some problems in Laiwu Steel' s 120 t top and bottom oxygen-blown converter steelmaking, such as molten steel overoxidation and low hit-rate of aim carbon content. The molten steel overoxidation brought many damages for the production, for example, resulting in low viscosity of the slag and making against slag-splashing for protection of converter; the inclusions in billet manifold, influencing the quality and increasing ferrous charges consumption and steelmaking cost. The reasons caused molten steel overoxidation were poor conditions of raw and processed materials, improper operation, inharmonious production organization, lacking molten iron and large dosage of steel scrap.
