摘要
通过大量国内外优秀跳远运动员的助跑速度和准确性的研究,通过文献资料的收集整理与综合分析,从现代跳远特点的发展出发研究跳远运动员助跑速度和准确性,为跳远的发展提供可行性的参考。
To study the run-up speed and accuracy of long jump by collection and analysis of large amount of excellent home and abroad long jump athlete from the characteristic of modern long jump, provide feasible reference for the study of training methods of the long jump.
