摘要
采用技术动作录像拍摄与分析,对参加2004年全国田径锦标赛暨奥运会选拔赛男子背越式跳高运动员在起跳过程中两臂和摆动腿摆动技术有关的运动学参数进行定性、定量分析。结果表明:在起跳过程中,摆动腿摆动角度速度最大值为腾起垂直初速度呈非常显著性的正相关,两臂和摆动腿的摆动使身体重心高度运动轨迹曲线呈上升趋势。另外,改进摆动技术,提高两臂和摆动腿的快速摆动与制动能力,是提高背越式跳高成绩的有效训练途径。
