摘要
对我国与世界优秀女子跳高运动员的三个分高度进行了对比 ,结果表明 :H2 优于世界优秀选手 ,但H1和H3 尚有明显的差距 ,这是影响我国女子跳高成绩的主要技术因素 ,分析认为 。
Three heights of the elite women high jumpers between China and other countries have been compared.The result shows that H 2 is superior to that of the world top high jumpers,but H 1 and H 3 obviously have disparity.This is the main technical factors of influencing the sports performance for women high jumpers in China. In order to improve and perfect the pole technology,it is considered by an analysis that the way to narrow this disparity is to raise the leg and arm swing range and take off legs streightness.
