摘要
跳远是助跑速度、助跑能力、踏跳准确性、起跳技术和专项跳跃能力等诸多因素协调发展的动态平衡,而踏跳准确性是关键,其中技术因素、身体状况、环境因素及心理因素等是影响踏跳准确性的重要因素,因此教学中要注重这些因素的针对性训练。
The long jump is the approach speed, approach abifity, the take-off accuracy, takes off the technology and special caper ability and so on many factor coordinated development dynamical equilibrium, but the take-offacuracy is a key, the technic, al factor, the physical condition, the environmental factor and the psychological factor and so on affect the take-off accurate imlaortaat atlribute, therefore in the teaching must pay great attention these factors the pointed training.
