摘要
教师教学能力的提高是教育改革的一项重要任务。在当前国内英语教育改革的大环境中,英语教师的教学能力提升更是必须解决的问题。文章提出一种新思路,通过提高英语教师的英汉双向教学能力,促进英语教师专业发展,并在实践中积极进行尝试,取得了良好的效果。
It is one of the major tasks to promote the teaching ability of teachers in educational reform.In the contexts of current English education reforms in China,promotion of teaching ability of English teachers is considered a necessary task.The essay pres- ents a new way of thinking and doing:By promoting the bilateral teaching ability of English teachers in English and Chinese,English teachers can make progress in their professional development.The new method was put into practice and achieved a pos- itive result.
