摘要
大学英语教学改革经过了几年的摸索与实践,已经呈现出一个崭新的局面,取得了丰硕的成果。目前,随着教育部质量工程正式启动,大学英语教学改革面临着新的任务。本文对教育部提出的任务目标作出了详细的解读,对质量工程体系下大学英语听说能力的培养提出了自己的建议。
Reform in college English teaching has entered a new phase after exploration and practice for several years.Fruitful results have been achieved.Nowadays,the reform is facing a new task—the formal startup of the Quality Project,carried out by the Ministry of Education.This paper interprets the details of the new task and expresses thoughts about the cultivation of college student skills in English listening and speaking.
