摘要
最近一段时间以来,国外第二语言习得理论是否能在我国外语教学实践中起重要作用这一话题成为外语界普遍关注的焦点。本文将通过对比我国和加拿大外语教学环境和外语教学条件差异,揭示加拿大外语教学条件优于我国外语教学条件的几个方面。进而认为,大学英语教改只有在我国国情允许的框架内进行。才会成功。
Recently, foreign language teachers' attention has been focused on whether second language acquisition theories developed by educators in other countries can play an important part in English teaching in China. By comparison this paper reveals the fact that the contexts and circumstances of foreign language teaching in Canada are vastly superior to those in China. The author holds that only when English teaching reform in China is based on China's national conditions will it be successful.
