摘要
文学翻译中的显化处理是常见的做法。显化处理的内容包括:语篇连贯和衔接、语义范畴的转化、文化意义的传达、语境信息的显现以及文化意象的转化等。显化翻译是具有认知学基础的。显化处理研究对于实现等效翻译、恰当翻译,保证文学作品的翻译质量,品评翻译作品的优劣提供可供借鉴的一个视角。
Explicitation can be very commonly seen in literary translation.What needs to be made explicit includes discoursal coherence and cohesion,transformation of seman- tic categories,transmission of cultural meanings,manifestation of contextual informa- tion,representation of cultural images,and the like.Explicitation as used in translation is reasonable from the cognitive perspective.The study of explicitation is conducive to achieving equivalent and appropriate translation,to maintaining a high standard of liter- ary translation,and to evaluating the quality of translated works.
