摘要
高校教学秘书由于职业要求与自我理想的矛盾、付出与回报的困惑、从业意义的缺失等多方面的干扰,使得工作激情受到不同程度的影响。因此,要引导教学秘书重塑职业的价值,重建对工作意义的认知,认清自己所面临环境和局面,规划出一种富有激情的职业生涯显得十分重要。
Because the contradiction with occupation reqirement and self-ideal,the puzzle with the pay and repayment and the disturbance from the lost of occupation,etc.,and all these influence the universities teaching secretary's working enthusiam.Therefore,it is very important to lead the teaching secretary to reconstruct the occupation value,reconstruct the cognition of working significance,clearly recognizes what environment he faces,then plans out an enthusiastic professional career and life.
