摘要本文结合产业界活生生的案例,从品质成本的角度整理整条供应链的品质活动与损失情况,并观察到非常明确的牛鞭效应发生在品质成本管理领域,笔者将之称为"供应链品质成本的牛鞭效应"(Bullwhip effect of quality cost in supplychain management),分析论述其特征、根源,同时也提出了具体的改善方向。
