摘要
阐述了我国图书供应链存在的成本高、库存大、多条供应链并行交叉、响应速度慢、图书产品适销率低等低效运作问题,从图书行业特有的体制特征、图书供应链的组织特征、供应链上各方的契约关系、风险差异等方面分析了低效运作的原因,并提出图书业应该实施体制改革、建立起渠道内的风险共担制、创建以图书分销商为核心企业的供应链、加快信息标准化建设,实现信息资源共享等提高图书供应链运作效率的对策。
This paper elaboratesthe inefficient operational problems existing in our supply chain of books,such as high costs,inventory,parallel and intersectional supply chains,slow response speed and low rate of product marketability,and analyzes the causes from various aspects, the institutional characteristics of the books industry, the organizational features of supply chain of books,the contractual relationships among all parties concerning the supply chains, risk-taking differences eet. The paper suggests that in book industry we should implement institutional reform, establish the risk-sharing within the channels,create distributor-based enterprise channel,accelerate the standardization of information and achieve sharing of information resources and so on. All these mentioned in the paper will contribute to improve the operational inefficiency of supply chain of books.
