本文主要包括《朱子家训》简介,它的4种散体英译和一种诗体英译。本文重点讨论张香桐的诗体英译,并适当比较4种散体英译。向读者介绍中国典籍英译的技巧和理论。
This article in the main falls into three parts: introducing briefly Zhu Family Instructions,its four English translations in prose and one English translation in verse. The article mainly discusses the English translation in verse by Zhang Xiangtong, and its proper comparison with the four English translations in prose. In the article, special attention is paid to integrating theory with practice, through which, readers can get some knowledge, techniques and theory concerning the English translation of Chinese ancient books.
