漂珠、珠光砂对玻化微珠保温砂浆性能影响的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文在玻化微珠基准砂浆配合比基础上,通过试验探讨了在保持新拌砂浆流动性前提下,漂珠等体积取代水泥、珠光砂等体积取代憎水玻化微珠对硬化砂浆干表观密度、强度、压折比、24h吸水率、导热系数等性能的影响规律,确定漂珠取代水泥及珠光砂取代憎水玻化微珠的较优体积率。研究表明,当漂珠取代率为25%、珠光砂取代率为45%时,砂浆的各项性能指标均满足JG/T283-2010《膨胀玻化微珠轻质砂浆》对抹灰型轻质砂浆的要求,并使得导热系数达到较低值。 This paper studied the influence of hollow cenospheres and perlite to the thermal insulation mortar by replacing cement to hollow cenospheres and vitrified beads to perlite.The experiment of the performance of hardened mortar(density,intensity,ratio of compressive strength,water absorption,thermal conductivity coefficient,ect.) has been carried based on keeping the fluidity of fresh mortar.The research shows that,when the replace rate of hollow cenospheres is 25% and the replace rate of perlite is 45%,the performance of the mortar could meet the requirements of the JG/T283-2010 to light mortar,at the same time,the thermal conductivity coefficient has reached a lower value.
