摘要
测试了2种不同玻化微珠配制的无机轻集料保温砂浆的性能,并通过线性回归拟合,研究了不同玻化微珠对保温砂浆干密度与导热系数、抗压强度之间相关性的影响情况。结果表明,堆积密度、筒压强度、导热系数相对较大、颗粒粒径相对较小的玻化微珠配制的保温砂浆具有更好的物理力学性能及保温隔热性能;同一种玻化微珠配制的保温砂浆,干密度与抗压强度、导热系数间有较好的相关性;在已知干密度的条件下,2种保温砂浆利用同一个拟合公式,推算出来的导热系数值具有一定的参考价值。
The performance of inorganic lightweight aggregate thermal insulation mortar confected with two kinds of different glazed hollow bead has been tested through experiments. The influence of different glazed hollow bead on the correlation among dry density, compressive strength and coefficient of thermal conductivity has also been studied by linear regression fitting. The results show that the thermal insulation mortar confected with glazed hollow bead which have bigger bulk density, bigger cylinder compressive strength, bigger thermal conductivity and relatively smaller particle size has better physical and mechanical properties and thermal insulation properties. The thermal insulation mortar confected with the same kind of glazed hollow bead has a relatively strong correlation among dry density, compressive strength and coefficient of thermal conductivity. In the case of known dry density, the same fitting formula can be applied to two kinds of thermal insulation mortar and the computed coefficient of thermal conductivity has a certain reference value.
