摘要 脱硫石膏玻化微珠保温砂浆是以玻化微珠为轻骨料配制而成。其保温隔热性能和抗裂性优良,施工和易性好并节能利废,可用于建筑内墙保温。组成材料主要为:脱硫建筑石膏、玻化微珠、高分子粘结剂、玻纤网格布等。对保温砂浆材料的选择进行了分析,并介绍了保温砂浆的性能和施工方法。该保温砂浆在内墙尤其是分户墙中的使用,不仅对集中供热体制改革以及分户用热计量和收费起着积极的推动作用,而且由于砂浆中大量采用了工业废弃物脱硫石膏,环保意义显著。 Thermal insulation mortar blended with desulphogypsum and vitrified microsphere is prepared taking vitrified microsphere as lightweight aggregate and this is good in thermal insulation, crack resistance, and construction workability as well as energy saving and making use of waste, and it can be used for building internal wall thermal insulation. Its main constituents are desulphogypsum, vitrified micrusphere, macromolecule binding agent and fiber. Analysis is also made on selection of materials for thermal insulation mortar, and its performance and construction technology are introduced. The application of the thermal insulation mortar to interior wall, especially dividing wall, not only plays an important role in the promotion of central heating supply system reform and household-based heat metering and charging systems ; but also has profound significance in protecting the environment, because a great quantity of industrial waste desulphogypsums have been adopted in the mortar.
