摘要
建立了考虑输入轴速度波动的等效单自由度高速凸轮机构的动力学模型,分别推导了力封闭凸轮机构、形封闭凸轮机构在考虑输入轴速度波动时的的动力函数和凸轮轴转矩,并绘制出动力曲线和凸轮轴输入转矩图,在此基础上,对力封闭凸轮和形封闭凸轮的动力学特性进行了分析比较,从而为高速凸轮机构的合理设计提供了一定的理论依据。
The equivalent single degree of freedom dynamics model of high-speed cam is established while considering the speed fluctuations of input shaft.The dynamics function and camshaft torque of the force-closed cam and the form-closed cam are deduced respectively while considering the speed fluctuations of input shaft,together with the dynamic curve and camshaft input torque map are made.Base on the study,the dynamics characteristic of the force-closed cam and the form-closed cam are compared and analyzed,which provides a certain theoretical basis for the rational design of high-speed cam.
