摘要
正弦系列曲线和多项式系列曲线都是性能特性较为优良的曲线,广泛应用于各种中高速自动机械中。而且正弦曲线和多项式曲线的运动曲线和特性都非常接近,在设计中究竟如何正确选用这两种曲线常常困扰用户。以5次7、次多项式曲线与正弦、修正正弦运动规律曲线为例,从对压力角、凸轮机构效率、凸轮机构接触应力、输入转矩等的影响和曲线动特性的分析等运动学和动力学角度对正弦系列和多项式系列曲线进行研究和分析,为正确选择两种曲线提供理论依据。
The sinusoid and polynomial curve are the curves with well performance,and applied to the high speed automatic machine.The motion curve and features of them are similar.In the design,the user is always puzzled by how to correctly select a curve.Taking the quintic polynomial,sepetic polynomials,sinusoid and modifidesine as example to study and analyze the sinusoid and polynomial curve based on the kinematics and dynamics,including the influence of the pressure angle,cam mechanism efficiency,cam mechanism contact stress,and input torque and the analysis of the curve dynamic characteristic,and providing the theoretical basis for curve selection.
