基于全矢谱的风力发电系统齿轮箱的故障诊断 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了风力发电齿轮箱系统变载荷、低转速、工况复杂的运行特点,阐述了风力发电系统齿轮箱的主要故障特征,针对旋转机械单源振动信号信息具有不完善性的缺陷,提出了基于同源信息数据融合的思想,将全矢谱技术应用于风电齿轮箱的故障检测方法。结合北方某风电场19#风机齿轮箱故障检测的实例,将全矢谱技术应用于诊断实例且得到了正确的诊断结果,证实了将全矢谱技术应用于风电齿轮箱检测中是准确、有效、实用的旋转机械故障诊断方法。 Operating features of gearbox of wind power system such as variable load,low-speed and complicate working condition are introduced.Then main failure features of gearbox of wind power system are described.Specific to the disadvantage of incomplete signal information which comes from single channel in rotary machine,method of applying vector spectrum technology to diagnosing the fault of the gearbox of wind power is proposed based on the same source data fusion.Combining the example of the fault diagnosis for the gearbox of 19# wind power in the north X wind power filed,which result is confirmed to be correct,it is verified that the fault diagnosing method of rotary machine of applying vector spectrum to diagnosis is accurate,effective and practical.
