摘要
针对旋转机械单源振动信号信息具有不完善性的缺陷,基于数据融合思想,将全矢谱技术与时间序列预测技术相结合,提出了基于全矢谱技术和时间序列技术的预测方法,并给出其运算方法。实验表明,该方法能够全面、准确地反映机械运转状态的发展趋势,是一种准确、有效、实用的旋转机械状态预测方法。
Pertaining to the disadvantage of incomplete signal information which comes from single channel in rotary machine,combing vector spectrum with Time Sequence forecast method based on data fusion, the forecast method based on vector spectrum and Time Sequence is put forward,the new method’s algorithm is given.It has been shown that this method can reflect the development trend of machine’s movement statement comprehensively and correctly,which is an exact,effective,practicably method in forecast the statement of rotary machine.
