摘要
针对目前国内外缺乏对一种新能源汽车的齿轮箱效率模型建立与研究的问题,对轮边驱动系统的一种专用齿轮箱结构、齿轮箱功率损失的组成及形成机理等方面进行了研究,对齿轮啮合效率公式及齿轮箱内搅油、风阻和轴承功率损失公式进行了归纳,提出了齿轮箱的总效率计算公式,并利用Matlab软件得出齿轮箱的设计参数与工况参数对齿轮箱总效率的影响曲线,计算出该齿轮箱的总效率值和4种功率损失所占总功率损失的比例。研究结果表明,该齿轮箱总功率损失的主要来源是搅油损失,总效率的主要影响参数是运动粘度、主动轮齿数和法面模数。研究结果对齿轮箱功率损失的预估、齿轮箱的进一步的优化设计和整车机械效率的提高提供了有力的理论依据。
Aiming at lack of establishment and study of efficiency model for a kind of new energy vehicles gear box at home and abroad,the structure、composition and formation mechanism of power loss of a kind of special gear box for wheel drive system were researched,the gear meshing efficiency formula and gear box stirring oil、wind resistance and bearing power loss formula were generalized,total efficiency calculation formula of gear box was put forward,basing on Matlab the impact of design parameters and working parameters on the gear box total efficiency was analyzed,the total efficiency value of the gear box and four kinds of power losses the proportion of the total power loss were calculated. The results indicate that the main sources of the gear box total power loss is mixed oil power loss and main parameters that influence the efficiency of the gear box are kinematic viscosity,the number of teeth of driving gear,the normal module. The results provide a strong theoretical basis on the estimate of gear box power loss、the further research of the design optimization and mechanical efficiency development for the vehicle.
