摘要
为了更为准确地理解坐姿中国人体垂向振动特性,采用宽带随机白噪声信号对28名志愿者进行了多种激励水平下的坐姿垂向振动测试,得到了视在质量数据.应用ISO5982-2001推荐的三自由度模型,依据视在质量的幅频和相频信息定义误差函数,通过优化识别出全部志愿者的模型参数.对每个志愿者,模型给出的视在质量与实验数据高度吻合.通过质量归一化平均处理,得到了不同激励水平下的模型参数,以描述相应年龄段标准中国人体坐姿垂向振动特性.研究显示,坐姿人体垂向振动响应存在两阶固有频率,二者平均值随激励水平的不同分别在4.31~5.57Hz与9.34~12.1 Hz变化;识别建立的三自由度模型可以准确地描述坐姿人体垂向振动特性.
Vibration tests were conducted on 28 volunteers by means of white noise excitation with a wide frequency range and various levels to more accurately understand the vertical vibration characteristics of seated Chinese human bodies.Apparent mass was obtained for each volunteer.The model with 3 degrees of freedom suggested by ISO 5982-2001 was employed to describe the vibration characteristics.An error function defined in terms of both amplitude and phase information of apparent mass was used to identify all model parameters through optimization.Apparent mass predicted by the model with identified parameters for each volunteer agrees very well with those obtained from the experiments.Based on the average of the mass-normalized apparent masses of all volunteers,model parameters were obtained to portray the vertical vibration characteristics of seated Chinese people of standard weight and similar age under various excitation levels.It was shown that 2 resonance frequencies exist with the vertical vibration responses of the seated Chinese human body.According to the excitation levels,the two frequencies vary within 4.31~5.57 Hz or 9.34~12.1 Hz,respectively.The established biodynamic model can accurately describe the vertical vibration characteristics of the seated human body.
