摘要
目的探讨超声对乳腺叶状肿瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析34例经手术和病理证实的乳腺叶状肿瘤患者共39个病灶的超声影像资料。结果 39个病灶超声显示单发31个,分叶状30个,边界清晰32个,内部回声不均匀30个,内部有粗钙化3个。病灶平均直径3.3 cm。结论乳腺叶状肿瘤超声表现具有一定的特征性:多为单发,体积较大,分叶状为主,边界清晰,内部回声不均匀,钙化较少见。
Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of phyllodes tumor of the breast.Methods Ultrasound images were retrospectively reviewed in 34 cases with 39 phyllodes tumors which were confirmed by surgery and pathology.Results On ultrasonography,there were 31 cases with single lesion,30 cases with lobulated shape,32 cases with lumps of clear margin,30 cases with uneven internal echogenicity,and 3 cases with macrocalcification.The average diameter of lesions were 3.3cm.Conclusion The characteristics of phyllodes tumors of the breast include single lesion,big size,lobulated shape,clear margin,uneven echogenicity with rare calcification on ultrasonography.
