摘要
小学教育一直以来就是我国教育福利事业发展的重点领域,因此如何发展我国的小学教育就成为学术界需要着重分析的议题。本研究采取SPSS软件中的均值分析、因子分析和聚类分析技术,对目前我国不同地区的小学教育状况进行了深入探索。研究发现,我国小学教育存在着地区上的明显差异,并主要在财政、校舍、物资和师资四方面呈现出区域之间、城乡之间、省际之间的差距。研究认为,加大对中西部地区的支持力度,优化小学教育发展中的师资结构,保证小学教育在地区之间的平衡,应当成为我国未来小学教育福利政策的基本方向。
As the basic need of children, praimary education has always been the spot issue in the development of the children-developing area in China, so how to meet the praimary educational need of our children seems to become a great thing in academics area. This study use SPSS software, including means analysis, factors analysis and cluster analysis technology, to take an in-depth exploration of praimary education in different regions. And also, this study finds that there are obvious geographical differences in our praimary education system, and mainly in three aspects called teaching stuffs, financial situation and material status. In order to keep geographical balance between different regions, my research argues that we should increase more financial and political support to praimary education in the central and western regions.
