摘要
勒维纳斯(也译“莱维纳斯”、“列维纳斯”)早在1946年就曾做出如下断言:“存在即恶!”(Levinas,1979,P.29.下引勒维纳斯外文文献仅注年份和页码)马里翁说,这一断言完成了勒维纳斯“不可收回的决断之一;就是从这些决断出发,勒维纳斯成为了他所是——自柏格森以来最伟大的法语哲学家,以及第一个认真努力摆脱其渊源(海德格尔)的现象学家”。
Western philosophy has most often been ontology, who tries seriously to go out of the tradition of ontology. is mainly manifested in the following characters of Being and Levinas could be regarded as the first philosopher From his point of view, "Being is evil!" This "evil" : its impersonality, its role of medium, its totality and egoism. All these constitute the fundamental reasons why Levinas criticizes Being and why he wants to go be- yond Being. In his former philosophy, Levinas tries to go out of Being by disclosing that face-to-face is the ul- timate and irreducible situation; whereas in his later philosophy he tries to go beyond Being by demonstrating the pre-originality of the substitution of I for the Other.
