摘要
目的探讨多西紫杉醇与顺铂同步化疗联合放疗治疗食管癌的疗效。方法 2005年2月至2008年2月收治的食管癌患者189例,分为同步放化疗组99例,单放疗组90例,观察两组临床疗效。结果同步放化疗组总有效率88.88%,单放疗组总有效率62.22%,两组总有效率比较P<0.05差异有统计学意义。结论多西紫杉醇与顺铂同步化疗联合放疗治疗食管癌临床效果显著,二者联合具有明显的协同作用,有疗效互补、效应相加之功效,改善患者的生活质量和延长患者生命。
Objective To investigate docetaxel and cisplatin concurrent chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy for esophageal cancer.Methods February 2005-2008 February of esophageal cancer patients treated 189 patients divided into concurrent chemoradiotherapy group of 99 cases,radiotherapy alone group,90 patients were observed in clinical efficacy.Results Concurrent chemotherapy group,the total efficiency of 88.88%,total efficiency of a single radiotherapy group 62.22%,total effective rate between two groups P0.05 significant differences.Conclusion Docetaxel and cisplatin concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment of esophageal cancer a significant clinical effect,their combination has obvious synergies with complementary effects,the effect of adding effects,improve patients＇ quality of life and prolong life.
