摘要
目的探讨紫杉醇联合顺铂同步放疗治疗晚期食管癌的临床疗效。方法将50例晚期食管癌患者随机分成两组,治疗组25例给予紫杉醇联合顺铂同步放疗治疗;对照组25例采用单纯放疗治疗,观察两组治疗效果及不良反应。结果治疗组治疗有效率优于对照组,1年生存率明显提高(P<0.05);不良反应发生率高于对照组(P<0.05),但患者可耐受。结论紫杉醇联合顺铂同步放疗治疗晚期食管癌近期疗效显著。
Objective To observe the effect of taxol and cisplatin in concurrent with radiotherapy on advanced esophageal cancer.Methods 50 patients with advanced esophageal cancer were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group( 25 cases) received taxol taxol and cisplatin in concurrent with radiotherapy,and the control group( 25 cases) were treated by radiotherapy only. The effects of each group was observed after the treatment. Results The effective rate and 1 year survival rate among the treatment group are significantly higher than that among the control group( P < 0. 05),but the rate of adverse reaction is higher in the treatment group than in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Taxol and cisplatin in concurrent with radiotherapy has a significant effect on patients with advanced esophageal cancer.
