摘要
本文主要对白银公司动力厂购进的DCT7088型便携式超声波流量计在测试不同管径管线流量过程中,发现被测管线流量与管线上安装的计量表之间存在较大测量差值。针对测量误差认真分析误差产生来源,并在测试过程中如何减少测试误差做一简单的分析。
It is found that the pipe flow rates measured by the DCT7088 portable ultrasonic flowmeter are quite different with the values measured by the measurement meters installed on the pipe in the test process under different pipe diameter conditions.Detailed analysis of measurement error source was made in the testing process and measures on how to to reduce the test error is proposed.
