摘要
液压阀是装载机液压系统中重要的组成部分,其故障率一直处于一个很高的水平。本文结合市场表现出来的装载机液压阀的主要故障形式,从装载机液压系统中对阀影响较大的污染物的产生来源、防治方法角度进行分析和研究,通过对液压滤芯的选用原理和方法的分析,确定出适用于装载机液压系统的滤芯规格,并通过试验验证了方案的可行性,证明通过选用合适的滤芯过滤精度,对液压阀的故障率降低有很大的影响和帮助。
Hydraulic valves are important components of the loader hydraulic system and their failure has remained at a very high rate. According to main failure performance of hydraulic valves, this paper analyzes source of pollutants, which have greater impact on the hydraulic valve in the loader hydraulic system, and then investigates the selection of loader hydraulic filters and gives out filter specifications which are suitable for the loader hydraulic system. The practical tests verify the feasibility in greatly reducing the failure rate of hydraulic valves by choosing appropriate filter specifications.
