摘要
针对靶式流量计和涡街式流量计在测量硬水流量的过程中经常出现测量值不准确的现象进行研究。根据硬水在流动过程中结垢的特点,从流量计的取压方式和测量方式两方面进行综合分析,查找问题出现的原因,通过分析讨论最终选择了弯管式取压方式,采用了弯管流量计。在生产过程中,弯管流量计有效地解决了靶式流量计和涡街式流量计在测量硬水流量过程中出现的问题。
This paper studies the inaccurate measurements phenomenons appeared in the process of hard water flow measurement by using target type and turbine flowmeter.According to the characteristics of hard water scaling in the flow process,the author makes comprehensive analysis from both pressure manner and measurement manner to find the causes of the problems.Finally tube pressure manner is choosed,and turbine flowmeter is used.In the production process,turbine flowmeter effectively solves the problems which target type and turbine flowmeter cause in the process of hard water flow measurement.
