摘要
中国高等教育进入大众化以后,出现了很多新情况和新问题,教师问题尤为突出。大量的年轻教师进入高校,给高校增添了活力,优化了学缘结构,但高校新任教师在入职初期存在着很多困惑。本文从教师、学校和社会三位一体的角度对高校新任教师入职适应性问题进行了探讨,力求从理论到实践意义上得出提高高校新任教师入职适应性的对策。
There are many new situations and problems appearing after higher education has been popularized in China, especially the problem of teachers. Many young teachers teach in institutions of higher education, which infuses new life into it and optimizes the consanguinity structure of scholarships. However, those new teachers have many puzzles at the beginning. The present article, analyzing the adaptability of new teachers teaching in institutions of higher education from the angles of teachers, institutions and the society, tries to find out strategies to improve their adaptability practically.
