摘要
利用因子分析法,借助SPSS统计分析软件,确立了强力因子、外观因子、捻度因子为反映纱线性能的质量因子;在对纱线的各个质量因子作定量排序的基础上,建立了纱线质量综合评价模型;同时验证了在做综合质量评价时,利用负因子与利用负指标2种综合评价结果完全相同,利用倒指标的评价结果与利用负因子和负指标略有差别,利用倒因子最不科学.
By means of factor analysis,combined with SPSS17.0 statistical analysis software,three general quality factors,namely mechanic function factor,surface quality factor and twist factor,were established.On the basis of quantitative sort on each quality factor of yarn,a comprehensive evaluation model with yarn quality was established,at the same time,it is proved that we can get the same result by using negative index and negative factor in the integrative quality evaluation.The result of evaluating is slightly different in using negative factor and negative indicators from using inverted index;the use of inverted factor is the most unscientific.
