摘要
借助因子分析方法,结合SPSS13.0统计分析软件,对所采集羊绒针织纱的纱线平均伸长率、最低伸长率、强力、条干CV值、粗节、细节和棉结的相关数据进行处理,建立纱线质量综合评价模型,并运用负指标的概念解决各主成分结果的加权求值,使得纱线质量综合评价结果更符合实际,以期为相关企业提高生产质量及工艺参数优化提供理论依据.
By means of factor analysis,combined with SPSS13.0 statistical analysis software,some data which is relevant to the average elongation,the lowest elongation,strength,evenness CV values,thick sections,thin sections and cotton sections on the collected cashmere knitting yarn are processed.As for the established quality evaluation model of the yarn,the evaluation of the weighted principal components is handled by the concept of negative indicators.Thus the results of quality evaluation on the yarn can be more practical and the academic basis.It would be offered to improve the quality of products and to optimize process parameter in the relevant enterprises.
