摘要
采用CTT纱线性能测试仪,模拟针织纱线在织造过程中的运行状态,对纱线表面绒毛的脱落量进行测定。从纱线线密度和纺纱方法两方面来定量分析毛羽脱落量与它们之间的关系,最终得出精梳纱毛羽脱落量远小于普梳纱,涡流纺纺出的纱线毛羽脱落量小于转杯纺和环锭纺纺出的纱线毛羽脱落量的结论。
This paper simulates the running state of the knitting yarn in the knitting process by using the CTT yarn property tester,and measures the amount of the surface hair fall-off. In addition,this paper analyzes the relationship between the amount of the surface hair fall-off and the yarn linear density and the spinning methods. The research results show that the amount of the surface hair fall-off of the combed yarn is much lower than that of the common yarns,and the amount of the surface hair fall-off of the air-vortex spun yarn is lower than those of the rotor spun yarn and ring spun yarn.
