摘要
影响直流测速发电机纹波系数的因素很多,电刷宽度是其中的一种。文章在理论上分析了不同电刷宽度对测速机纹波系数的影响并进行了实验验证。结果表明当电刷宽度设计为与换向器片距等宽时可以有效降低测速机的纹波系数。
Many factors have influence on DC tachogenerator tipple factor, and brush width is one of them. This paper analyzed the effects of brush width of different on tachogenerator tipple factor in theory and verified by experiments. The results show that, when the brush width design with the commutation of pitch wide can effectively reduce the tachogenerator tipple factor.
