摘要
建立了永磁直流电动机数学模型,模型中采用插值运动边界法来处理定、转子相对运动,按照绕组的分布和实际电刷宽度导出电流密度分布和变化规律,结合转子的运动计算电机的负载特性,并通过实例验证了模型的正确性.
Owing to the fact that the slots of Permanent Magnet DC Motors are few and most of them are of short winding with odd slots, there is a big distance between this kind of motor and the ideal one in structure. The paper establishes a mathematical model of the motor, in which a method of interpolated motional boundary is used to process the relative motions of stator and rotor. The distribution of current density and its changing rule are obtained from the distribution of winding and the practical widths of the electrical brush. The correctness of the model is proved with practical examples.
