摘要
日照钢铁2×360 m2烧结机余热发电项目于是2010年月10月投产,至今已运行近两年。本文介绍了该项目的总体情况,包括:锅炉系统、汽水系统、烟风系统和汽轮机系统,以及项目投产后的生产状况。据生产统计,2010年6月~2011年5月该项目累计发电1.074×108kWh,累计上网7.346×107kWh,获利10 740.64万元,效益十分可观。此外,其节能、减排效果也很好。
The waste heat generation project of Rizhao steel 2× 360m2 sinter machine was commissioned in Oct 2010,and it has been in operation for about two years. The general conditions of the project and production condition after the commissioning of the project were introduced,including boiler system, steam water system, waste gas system and steam turbine system. According to the production statistics, the accumulated generated electricity from June of 2010 to May of 2011 was 1.074 × 10^8 kWh,and accumulated electricity on the grid was 7.346 × 10^7 kWh, the profit was 1.074 ×10^8 RMB Yuan,and the benefits are substantial. In addition, the energy saving and reduction emission effects are very good.
