城乡中小学教师职业认同的比较研究 被引量:7

摘要 以城乡统筹发展为背景,展开对城乡中小学教师职业认同的比较研究,通过问卷调查发现:工作压力大,收入低,社会地位不高,交际范围窄等,是影响教师是否喜欢教师职业的主要原因。中小学教师的职业认同状况并不是很理想,且城乡中小学教师存在差距。建议从社会、学校管理、教师三个层面出发,采取多种措施,以缩小城乡中小学教师职业认同差距、实现城乡中小学教师职业认同的整体提升。
