摘要
针对俄罗斯某超高层建筑重型钢桁架转换层采用全螺栓12.9级摩擦型高强度连接节点施工的关键技术及难点,研究制定了有效的技术及管理保障措施,包括连接钢板的钻孔及钢板弯曲曲率出厂前的预检、高强度螺栓现场施拧的合理施工顺序、质量复检等质量控制方案,实践结果表明施工技术及质量控制方法有效可行,工程质量达到了设计及当地有关规范的要求。
The paper indicates the key technique and difficulties of the whole bolt 12.9-level friction high strength joint construction of heavy steel transfer trusses in some super-high-rise buildings of Russia,makes out the effective technique and management guarantee measures,including some quality control schemes,such as the drilling of the connection steel plates,the pre-checking of the bending curvature of the steel plates in plants,the reasonable construction order for the field tightening of the high strength bolt,and the quality rechecking,and proves by the practice that the construction technique and the quality control methods are effective and feasible,and the engineering quality meet the demands of the design and the relative regulations.
