摘要
在螺栓受拉连接设计中,撬力作用对螺栓和连接件的影响不可忽视。分析了钢结构高强螺栓受拉连接采用外伸端板的破坏机理,以及撬力的计算理论,对已有的撬力计算公式进行修正,提出外伸式端板连接受拉螺栓弯矩的近似计算公式,并通过清华大学的相关试验数据进行验证。研究结果表明:按照文中的方法计算螺栓撬力及弯矩是可行的。
in the design of bolts tensile connections, the effects of the prying action on connected parts and bolts cannot be neglected. The failure mechanism of the high strength bolt tensile connection with extended end plate was analyzed. The current formula of prying action was modified. The approximate calculation formula of bending moment of tensile bolts with end plate was analyzed, which was verified by the experimental data of Tsinghua University. The results show that the calculation method of prying action and bending moment of bolts is feasible.
