摘要
预应力混凝土空心方桩在实际工程中应用广泛,但在深厚淤泥土层区域,或上部未有好的持力层时,为了满足设计承载力需求会设置较长的桩长,长桩的单桩竖向承载力对接桩质量极为敏感,同时长桩也不便于运输吊装,整体经济性较差。基于此,文章设计了一种自带注浆导管的预应力混凝土空心方桩,设计制作过程中成功解决了注浆导管随桩身预应力拉伸精确伸长、注浆导管耐受高速离心、高温高压作用不变形、接桩位置通过特制的"子弹头"连接器保证接桩处不漏浆、桩端设置止回阀保证沉桩过程中土体不堵塞注浆管等难题。在沉桩过程中通过自主研发的接桩对位器有效保证了上下节桩精准对接的要求。
Prestressed concrete hollow square piles are widely used in practical engineering.However,in the case of deep silt soil,or when there is no good bearing layer in the upper part,a long pile length is usually designed to meet the bearing capacity requirement,and the vertical bearing capacity of the long pile is extremely sensitive to the effect of the quality of the pile.At the same time,the long piles are not easy to transport and hoist,the overall economy is poor.In this paper,a prestressed concrete hollow square pile with self-grouting duct is designed.During the design and manufacture process,these problems are successfully,for example,with the prestressed tensile elongation of the pile body,the grouting duct lengthen,and the grouting duct is resistant to high-speed centrifugation,and the high temperature and high pressure without deformation.That pile position can't leak grouting are ensured by the special“bullet”connector,and the check valve at the pile end ensures that the soil does not block the grouting pipe during the pile sinking process.In addition,in the process of sinking piles,the self-developed pile alignment device effectively ensures the precise docking requirements of the upper and lower joint piles.
