摘要
研究了光纤光栅(FBG)应变传感器粘贴工艺,在等强度梁上粘贴FBG应变传感器,从胶的选择、光栅的预应力和胶粘层的厚度等方面,讨论了对传感器测量结果的影响,得到了光纤应变传感器的粘贴工艺.
In this paper, the paste technology of the fiber Bragg grating (FBG) strain sensor which was pasted on the equal strength girder are studied. From the choice of plastic, the grating prestressed force and the thickness of adhesive layer, etc. , the influence on the results of the sensor measurements are discussed, and the paste technology of fiber strain sensors is gained.
