摘要
以金属悬臂梁为研究对象,以光纤光栅传感阵列为传感手段,研究了粘贴技术对光纤光栅传感阵列粘贴在悬臂梁上的基本特性的影响。理论推导了悬臂梁表面应变的分布状况,并与光纤光栅应变传感阵列所检测的各个应变值相比较,结果表明理论与实测很接近,误差在5%内。在此基础上,检测了光纤光栅应变传感阵列的基本特性,并研究了粘贴技术对光纤光栅应变传感阵列中各个传感器的基本特性的影响,发现光纤光栅应变传感阵列的各个应变传感器的线性关系是一致的,重复性也基本一致,但各个应变传感器的灵敏度各不相同,这与传感器在悬臂梁上的粘贴位置有关,同时也与粘贴过程中的光纤光栅粘贴技术有关。
In this paper, taking the cantilever beam as the studied object, using the fiber Bragg grating sensing array as the sensing means, the pasting technology of fiber optical Bragg Grating is stud-ied, which affects the characteristics of fiber optical bragg grating sensing array pasted on the cantilever beam. The lip-deep strain of the cantilever beam is deduced theoretically, comparing with every strain value measured by fiber optical bragg grating strain sensing array, the result indicates the theoretical values is near to the measured values, and the error is in 5%. Based on this, the specification of fiber op-tical Bragg Grating stain sensing array is measured, the pasting technology of fiber optical Bragg Grating is studied, which affects the specification of fiber optical bragg grating sensing array pasted on the can-tilever beam. The study finds that the linearity and the repeatability of fiber optical Bragg Grating strain sensing array are uniform, but the sensitivities of fiber optical Bragg Grating are not uniform, it is relate to the place where the sensor is pasted on the cantilever beam, it is also relate to the pasting technology during being pasted.
