基于光纤光栅传感技术的CFRP板加固桥梁预应力损失监测研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对碳纤维CFRP板张拉过程以及预应力损伤长期监测的技术难点,依托预应力CFRP板对现存旧桥加固工程,运用光纤光栅传感器(FBG)监测CFRP板张拉过程、张拉完成后瞬时以及长期预应力损失,并进行精度分析。研究表明:光纤光栅传感器可以精准地测量CFRP板的应变,最大误差为1.15%,明显优于传统钢筋应变片监测方法。工程实践表明,加固完成后CFRP板的长期最大预应力损失值约占张拉设计值的4%并趋于稳定,说明基于FBG的监测手段不仅能满足桥梁加固过程中短期监测需求,而且可以长期监控桥梁后续运营期的预应力损失,具有明显的技术优势。 Aiming at the technical difficulties in the tensioning process of carbon fiber CFRP plate and the long-term monitoring of pre-stressing loss, and based on the pre-stressed CFRP plate to reinforce the existing old bridges, the fiber Bragg grating sensor(FBG) is used to monitor the tensioning process of CFRP plate, and the instant loss after tension and the long-term pre-stressing loss, and analyzes the accuracy. The study shows that FBG can accurately measure the strain of CFRP plate. The maximum deviation is 1.15%, and is obviously better than the traditional steel strain gauge monitoring method. The engineering practice shows that the long-term maximum pre-stressing loss value of CFRP plate after reinforced is about 4% of the design value of tension and tends to be stable. The result shows that the monitoring means based on FBG can not only satisfy the short-term monitoring demand in the bridge reinforcement process, but also monitor the pre-stressing loss of the following operation period of bridge for a long time. It has the obvious technical superiority.
