摘要
利用调制叶绿素荧光技术测定了野外不同光强条件下入侵植物铜锤草种群的叶绿素荧光参数,获得了它们的快速光响应曲线,以及光合量子产量、相对电子传递速率的日变化,并与阳生环境下同属的外来植物紫叶酢浆草进行了比较,发现铜锤草是一种阳生植物,但也能够较好地适应阴生环境;紫叶酢浆草的最大相对电子传递速率、半饱和光强、快速光响应曲线的初始斜率均与铜锤草的相似,反映出两者对光照条件有相似的需求;鉴于铜锤草已表现出入侵性种群的特点,今后要加强对紫叶酢浆草入侵性的预警.
Modulated-chlorophyll fluorometer was used to measure cholorophy11 fluorescence parameters of an invasive plant species Oxalis corymbosa in different light intensities. Rapid light response curve and diurnal change of Yield of and rETR of O. corymbosa were obtained. Cholorophyll fluorescence parameters of O. triangularis in sunny environment were also obtained to compare with those of O. corymbosa. The result indicated that O. corymbosa is a sunny plant, but also 'able to adapt shady environment. The rETRmax, Ik and initial slope of rapid light response curve of O. triangularis are similar to those of O. corymbosa, revealing that those two species have similar demand of light. Because O. corymbosa is of invasive characteristics, we should pay more attention to the monitoring of the invasiveness of O. triangularis in the future.
